Groups of 15+ individuals will receive $2 off each ticket. The discount will automatically apply. All tickets must be purchased on one order to receive the discount.

Festival tickets are nonrefundable. Heaven Hill Farm will update our Facebook Page and webpage if the weather forces us to cancel our event for the day. All current ticket holders for the day will receive an email with a voucher code. If you’ve received a ticket voucher from past seasons, or this current season, enter that voucher code on the checkout page, when purchasing tickets for another day, in the “Promo Code” section.

We’re big pet lovers, but for the safety and comfort of everyone—pets are not allowed on the farm, unless they are service animals. Due to food safety regulations, we ask that you please leave your pets at home while enjoying our festivals and shopping at the market. We appreciate your understanding!

Stop by our Farm Market for delicious treats like cider donuts, ice cream, gourmet chocolates, and more!

We recommend dressing in layers and wearing sturdy footwear—boots are ideal—as temperatures can vary, and the terrain may be rocky or muddy.

We accept Cash at some locations, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. An ATM is conveniently located in the Farm Market for your convenience.

  • September:
    • Saturdays & Sundays (Sept 13th thru Sept 28th) : 10am – 6pm
  • October:
    • Wednesdays – Thursdays  (Oct 1st thru Oct 30th) : 11am – 5pm
    • Fridays (Oct 3rd thru Oct 24th): 11am – 5pm ( Festival will NOT be open Friday Oct 31st )
    • Saturdays & Sundays (Oct 4th thru Oct 26th) : 10am – 6pm
  • Columbus Day
    • Monday, October 13th: 10am – 6pm
  • November:
    • Saturday  & Sunday (Nov 1st & 2nd) : 10am – 5pm

Please note:

  • Carnival Rides, Sand Art, Face Paint,Food Vendors  are NOT available weekdays.
  • Paintball and Apple Cannon are NOT available Wednesdays & Thursdays.
  • There will be no Carnival Rides on September 13th & 14th. Full Carnival Rides will be available all other Saturdays and Sundays, plus Columbus Day.

Heaven Hill Farm Policies

Pet Policy

We love pets, however… Unless you have a service animal, please leave your pets at home when attending our festivals and shopping at our Market. Food Safety Regulations prohibit pets on our farm grounds. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Date or Time of Ticket?

If you have purchased a ticket and would like to change the date/time that your ticket is valid, please send an email to kathy@heavenhillfarm.com. Please note that emails sent during operating days may take longer to be viewed by our staff.

Rain Checks & Vouchers

What happens if it rains on the date of my ticket?
Heaven Hill Farm will update our Facebook Page if the weather forces us to cancel our event for the day. All current ticket holders for the day will receive an email with a voucher code. Ticket holders will enter the Voucher Code in the “promo code” section at checkout.

Do you have a Voucher from a previous season?
If you received a ticket voucher from past seasons, or this current season, enter that voucher code on the checkout page in the “Promo Code” section.
