Pet Policy
We love pets, however… Unless you have a service animal, please leave your pets at home when attending our festivals and shopping at our Market. Food Safety Regulations prohibit pets on our farm grounds. Thank you for your understanding.
Change Date or Time of Ticket?
If you have purchased a ticket and would like to change the date/time, go to our website homepage and hit manage ticket, follow the steps. Please note changes must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled ticket date. If you are still in need of assistance, please send an email to kathy@heavenhillfarm.com. Please note that emails sent during operating days may take longer to be viewed by our staff.
Rain Checks & Vouchers
What happens if it rains on the date of my ticket?
Heaven Hill Farm will update our Facebook Page if the weather forces us to cancel our event for the day. All current ticket holders for the day will receive an email with a voucher code. Ticket holders will enter the Voucher Code in the “promo code” section at checkout.
Do you have a Voucher from a previous season?
If you received a ticket voucher from past seasons, or this current season, enter that voucher code on the checkout page in the “Promo Code” section. It will apply the amount to your new order, if there is a balance due, you will pay it at that time.
