25 more days until Heaven Hill Farms opens the doors for the 2019 season! We spent this winter searching catalogs for the finest garden décor to stock come Spring; readying our greenhouses to bring you the healthiest annuals and herbs, and building relationships with local vendors (such as Lowland Farm Grass Fed Beef) to offer you a variety of delicious and locally-sourced products in our Farm Market.
Our bakers are perfecting new recopies for sweets and savories (such as our delicious Tomato Pie), and we are cleaning and prepping the Donut Machine for another year of hot delicious Cider Donuts!
Many of our product offerings for 2018 will be back, such as our Frost-Proof Planters; our “Pick a Plant/Pick a Pot” Customized Potting Service; our Native Plant Nook and our Succulent & Cactus Corner.
Look for Knock Out Roses come springtime and a wide and expanding selection of Tropicals and Unusuals.
Some Spring Events to pencil in on your calendar include:
- Heaven Hill Farm’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Bonnet Contest – Saturday, April 20th 11 am – 4 pm
- Vernon EarthFest – Sunday April 28th – 11am – 4pm.
- Taste of Vernon – Monday April 29th – 6pm – 9pm.
